Main machine function:
1. High-quality material and fittings are used for the automatic 3 color printer slotter machine.
2. The drive gears are hardened and ground,( hardness ＞HRC60)

Feeding department:
1. Lead edge feeding system, inverter adjust air volume, feeding in precision and steady.
2. Double feeding roller model, quick replacement mechanism for the first feeding rubber roller, with spring adjustment function, it can prevent distortion and to ensure accurate feeding of cardboard.
3. Brushed and suction device remove dust from board surface.
4. Touch screen displays production speed and quantity.
5. Adjust the feed interval by manual.
Printing Department:
1. The printing unit adopt SUN company colorful master doctor blade of USA. This system can ensure ink in the anilox roller curve transfer to flexo plate, it can control ink volume, it makes the printing more clear and high DPI, the printing picture much better with low price and easy maintenance.
2. All roller adopt super quality steel with dynamic balance correction, it adopts hard chromed and grinding processing.
3. Printing phase adopt PLC and electric digital 360 adjust.
