Q1: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1%.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

Q2: How to control the quality?

A: It can be divided into 4 steps:

1.IQC--- Incoming quality control:

For one thing, We will ask our supplier to provide MSDS report(Material Safety Data Sheet) to guarantee materials can reach a specific and safety standard. At the same time, we would test the coming material.

For another thing, we cooperated with some high-end brand suppliers.

Q3: What’s the function of wave soldering machine?

A:Wave soldering is mainly used in soldering of through hole components. As components become smaller and PCBs become denser, the possibility of bridging and short circuits between solder joints has increased. Wave -soldering can check to eliminate bridging, short circuits or virtual welding and reduce operating costs.
