Deep hole drilling machine The machine is specially designed for machining cylindrical deep hole workpieces(diameter range 80-800mm, the max boring length can be 18000mm), which is suitable for boring holes of workpieces. The lathe bed has strong rigidity and good precision. The spindle speed is wide, the feed system is driven by AC servo motor, and it can meet the needs of various deep hole processing technology.
Cutting oil supply system: It is mainly consists of oil tank, pump station, oil pipeline, chip car and oil return chute.The 2 set of pumps can get the 100---800L/min flow through the button on the button station according to the different processing aperture.The tank is placed on the ground, do not need to dig a pit.
Infeed system: It is driven by servo motor, after gearbox speed change, and then driven by T lead screw to achieve fast forward and advance of carriage. The feed is stepless speed regulation, and the speed range is 0.5 ~ 300mm/min.
Boring bar rest:It is used for supporting the boring bar and controlling the moving direction of boring bar. It has a locking nylon sleeve to absorb the vibration of the boring bar.
Chip hopper: It is used for recovering iron scrap and cutting fluid and prevent splashing of cutting fluid. When boring, it adopts the external chip removal method. Cutting oil is supplied from the inside of the boring bar, so that the cutting fluid is discharged from the middle chip discharge bucket and the front chip hopper with chip, and flows into the chip car.
