Artificial Graphite Friction Materials
Product properties:
High purity and graphitization level: The raw materials are processed by high-temperature graphitization and purification. Artificial graphite with high purity and high graphitization facilitates to generate transfer membrane between the friction materials and the dual surfaces. Excellent performance of abrasion reduction, high thermal conductivity, excellent oxidation resistance and high temperature resistance.
Low impurity content: No hard granules which would create noise and scratch on the dual surface such as silicon carbide.
Good porosity: It stabilizes the friction coefficient, reduces heat recession and promotes restorability.
