RFRL30 is a high speed rapier loom with wide weaving versatility, design speed up to 700rpm, Filling insertion rate up to 1500m/min. Reed width range 170~380cm, it's suitable to weave various of fabrics such as wool fabric, cotton fabric, denim, corduroy, rayon, synthetic filament, silk, upholster fabric, industrial & percolation fabric, filter cloth, linen, glass fabric, etc.

High-efficiency Driving
RFRL30 loom is driven by asynchronism motor through high-power electromagnetism clutch with stable performance of high-speed start & quick brake.

Electronic dobby & Jacquard shedding motion
Adopts high speed electronic dobby, RFRL30 dobby loom can drive 20 heald frames with accurate and stable performance. RFRL30 jacquard adopts the advanced modularization and high-power pick-finding clutch and strengthened transmission device, the jacquard RFRL30 can weave top grade Jacquard fabrics.

Electronic weft selector
Electronic weft selector is driven by independent module, composed by special rotation motor or step motor with electronic controlling selection fingers, can weave 2-4-6-8 color with modularization extending, the weft has low stable tension.

Electronic Leno selvage
It's driven by special rotation motor or step motor, through panel to set the time for leno motion and waste selvage units separately, accurately control weft cross motion, it's can be suit widest weaving range, and can control the weft draft.

Weft insertion system
The grippers are driven by "space crank linkage", have the best acceleration curve and speed curve, the gripper's movement and weft exchange are exact and stable, this can decrease the weft breakages and increase the insertion efficiency, Insertion is free flight system, without guide hooks which can avoid hurt to warp.

ELO & ETU
ELO & ETU (Electronic let-off &Electronic take-up) system is controlled by advanced electronic servo. Warp tension is sensed and stored through tension sensor: CPU handles the changing of warp tension result by the changing of shedding, beating, warp beam and cloth roller. Ensure the warp tension and keeping invariable and weft density keeping accurate from full beam to empty beam; Make let-off and take-up to keep exactly synchronize; Completely avoid filling marks, ensure weaving perfect fabrics.

Beating system
Beating system is driven by conjugated cams on both sides, adopts optimum high-speed cam curve which can reduce the vibration and impact of high-speed running. Especially the loom is suitable to weave high count and high density fabrics with large tension as the beating strengtth is powerful.
